Palak Y.
Co-founder
Palak is a rising freshman residing in Boston, MA and a Co-founder of Basically Everything. She is a passionate advocate for gender equality and mental health. Through BE, she hopes to spread awareness and educate others about these subjects, and inspire teens around the world to do the same. After teaching dance to underprivileged girls in India and realizing how fortunate she was, Palak made it her goal to help all children around the world get access to quality education. In her free time, Palak enjoys reading, spending time with her family, and creating different forms of art, from acrylic painting to graphic designing.
Archi K.
Co-founder
Born in Michigan, USA, but currently residing in Pennsylvania, Archi serves as the Co-founder of Basically Everything. Ardent from a young age, Archi has shown a deep interest in speech and debate. As a feminist, Archi has strong intentions to fix the way society views women. Apart from her goals in supporting gender equality, Archi finds prominence in other issues as well. Furthermore, she believes that confidence is key to building character. With the purpose of meeting great minds, Archi hopes to teach and learn something from others. Her hobbies include cooking, reading, writing, and at times, watching politics.
Brenda M.
Chief Executive Officer
Brenda is a rising freshman from Michigan and serves as the Executive Director (or Chief Executive Officer) for Basically Everything. She is passionate about LGBTQ+ rights, mental illnesses, racism, etc. Brenda joined BE to help her friends and make a difference in her community and (hopefully) the world. She has always had an interest in STEAM-related topics and learning, and hopes to pursue a career in science. In her free time, she enjoys reading, researching and studying, listening to music (mostly Broadway and classical), playing the piano, and spending time with friends and family.

Vyctoria V.
Design Manager
Vyctoria is a rising senior from California. She is the Design Manager for Basically Everything. Some of her hobbies include drawing, photography, dance, and hanging out with friends! In the future, Vyctoria plans to major in the STEM field, and continue with her interest in design and technology.

Sean L.
Top Host
Born and raised in Michigan, USA, Sean has always had a passion for public speaking and human rights. After realizing how much of the world lived in poverty, Sean realized how privileged he was. He now serves as one of the two Top Hosts for Basically Everything. In his free time, Sean does competitive swimming, reading, and enjoys playing video games. Sean wishes that his words can make a positive impact on those locally and globally.

Editorial Director
Pavit is a rising freshman in Pennsylvania. Because of his past experience creating and editing YouTube videos, he is the Editorial Director at BE. Pavit enjoys creative projects and learning about new design techniques. In his free time, his favorite things to do are playing the piano, designing, and learning French!

Outreach Manager
Afua is a rising senior in high school from NYC, and she’s the Outreach Manager at Basically Everything! In the future, she wants to be a pediatrician because of her love for helping people and kids. Afua is a team player and likes working with others. Her hobbies are creative writing, social media, and photography.
Akshat A.
Script Director
Akshat is a rising freshman from Michigan. With an interest in writing and leadership, he serves as the Script Director for Basically Everything. Akshat likes a good challenge and working with a team. In his free time, Akshat enjoys playing various sports, like soccer and basketball, programming, and spending time with family.
